New Zealand Citizen Family Relationship Visa 461
The New Zealand Citizen Family Relationship 461 visa lets eligible family members of New Zealand citizens live in Australia.
You can apply if:
You are not a New Zealand citizen, and
You are a family member of a New Zealand citizen who already has or can get a Special Category Visa (subclass 444) and you will be joining them in Australia.
This temporary visa 461 allows you to stay in Australia for up to five years. You can apply whether you are inside or outside Australia at the time of application.
