corrupt US criminal justice system where prosecutors win 99% of the cases outside of court by pressuring the defendant and making his life miserable and with the help of the Judges ( who rubber stamp anything that DA wants ) and with help of Defense attorneys who sell out their clients to keep good working relationship with the DA’s office and possibly get a better deal in another case ( they all collude ), so it is plea bargain system vs fair trial system

American criminal justice system has no credibility around the world after what they did to Julian Assange and tortured and brutalized him in UK prison for exposing war crimes, and more recently dubious charges were filed against ex-President Donald Trump to block him from running in the next presidential election. Many unarmed black people are killed by police every day like George Floyd and police gets away with it with full impunity. Innocent Muslims get tortured in Guantanamo Bay for 20 years without being charged. There are millions of people in USA who become victims of the corrupt American criminal justice system.

- In USA anyone can get arrested for anything and prosecutors have all the power and resources and no accountability and can do whatever they want and people have zero power. USA has 5 % of the world population but 25% of the world incarcerated people, so highest incarceration rate in the world. State of California makes $6 billion every year from Prison Industrial complex by using cheap labor in the prison who get paid few cents per hour which is modern day slavery.
