Our Precision Machined POM Parts are made from high quality POM and are widely used in applications such as mechanical gears, guide elements, nuts and connector assemblies such as screws. The material, also called Delrin and Acetal, is an engineering thermoplastic. Because of this material, our components have good stiffness as well as machinability. They are very stable in use and they have a very low coefficient of friction, which allows for smooth running.

Our Precision Machined POM Parts are more machinable than most other plastics, yet possess many of the characteristics of having metallic elements, making them highly usable and less costly. At the same time, they can be used to replace some traditional metal materials in a variety of electronic, mechanical and medical applications, with excellent all-round performance.
